Join us for a special donation class, Yoga, Class, and Sound Bath in honor of Castle St. during District Day. Together, we will gather in community to move, breathe, rest, and celebrate the spirit of the Castle Street neighborhood and the people who make it so special. This all-levels experience will include a grounding, yoga practice, followed by a restorative Sound Bath designed to leave you feeling connected, supported, and renewed.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Castle Street Collective and their continued efforts to support and uplift the Castle Street community. Come as you are, bring a mat, and join us in giving back through movement mindfulness and community connection.
